MAD//Fest 2026
Three days. 30+ talks. Countless pages of notes. One hot and sweaty team.
Last week, we braved the record-breaking heatwave to attend MAD//FEST London, hearing from brands including LEGO, e.l.f. Beauty, Ben & Jerry's, Sainsbury's, ITV and many more.
As a health & beauty distributor, we're always looking for new ways to help global brands succeed in the UK market. That's why events like MAD//Fest are so valuable, giving us the opportunity to learn from some of the world's most innovative brands and bring those insights back to our partners.
Across dozens of talks, one message came through loud and clear: in a world of rapidly evolving technology, the human touch has never mattered more.
Whether it's understanding consumer behaviour, building strong retailer relationships or launching brands into new markets, the most successful businesses are putting people at the centre of every decision. The brands making the biggest impact aren't chasing perfection - they're building genuine connections, staying curious and creating experiences that resonate with real people.
Another key takeaway was that success isn't always driven by the biggest budgets. The companies leading the way are often the ones willing to ask better questions, challenge assumptions and create space to experiment.
For us, that's a valuable reminder. Helping brands grow in the UK isn't just about distribution, it's about understanding consumers, identifying opportunities and building the right partnerships to support long-term growth.
We're excited to bring these insights back to the brands and retailers we work with every day.
